I originally recorded this interview with David Long with the intention to release it to car dealers, but since it was so relevant to ANY leader, I wanted to share it with you all as well! He’s the Executive General Manager at Hansel Automotive Group, located in the San Francisco Bay area. Although David’s profession is in the automotive industry, his true genius is found in how he is able to keep people together, and inspired, through some of the toughest situations.
